Waterproofing

When windows and skylights are leaking or you find a below grade leak in a tunnel downtown we can help. Many buildings have planter boxes with basement office space next to them below grade. Without proper waterproofing the cracks can allow water to migrate into the structure and possibly damage interior finishes or the structure itself. Windows are installed with a rubber gasket called a dry seal upon installation, but over time these gaskets shrink and are deteriorated by the weathering process. When the gaskets within the windows no longer function as an effective moisture barrier, we recommend applying wet glazing between the window and the frame. We offer wet glazing, silicon caulking, utrethane caulking, control joint caulking, deck coatings, epoxy injections, elastomeric coatings, epoxy floor coatings, and moisture barriers as various solutions to your waterproofing issues.
